Astral Projection and Lucid Dreaming

Many of you have experienced an out of body to figure out the word Astral Travel. It is when our state of awareness is then shifted to a different focal point and we are then able to maneuver around where ever our awareness then wishes to go. I have facilitated over 130 different Astral Projection workshops at studios, and festivals as well as private sessions. I always state in the beginning of my classes I am not a master, or guru at this modality. However I do know a great deal based on experience and literature.

There are many ways to attain the experience it self and it can be induced through guidance, sound and ritual. Allow me to assist you in finding your own unique way to have an out of body experience.

We will also be going into many fundamentals of lucid dreaming and how it can be of a great benefit in higher learning. Lucid Dreaming is becoming aware that in fact you are in the dream state and from this state you can have full control of the environment you are in.
